General Information

An Accommodations/Lodging Tax as required by state and local regulations is required at check-in
1bd/4: $6.94 per night.
2bd/6: $11.12 per night.
A $26.53 city tax per week is required at check-in

A security deposit of $50.00 is due at check-in.

The check in office is located in Unit #104 off the lobby of the building

Pets are not permitted. A fee will be assessed for non-compliance.
Smoking is not permitted. A fee will be assessed for non-compliance.
Maid service is not provided during the stay. Maid service can be arranged for a fee.
Parking is available for one car per unit. 3/4 ton trucks, vans, RV'S, trailers, boats, or of the like are not permitted.

If guest is going to be checking in late, its imperative that the guests call the front desk to arrange and receive the detailed information for the after hours check-in information.

There will be no power at the Royal Kuhio from April 15th 2023- April 29th 2023 from 8:30am-2:30pm. There will be one working elevator at this time, which may make it longer to leave the building. The elevator to the parking garage will not be functional during that time. If guests are checking in either day, housekeeping may be delayed.
