After crossing the US/Mexico border in San Diego, Ca., stay to the right; follow the sign marked "Rosarito Ensenada Scenic Road" (toll/Cuota Highway). Stay on Ensenada Scenic Highway for approximately 30 minutes to the fifth Rosarito exit which is the last city exit. La Paloma is immediately to the right.
