Joe Uribe has worked with Platinum Interchange since 2001. Joe began his career with Platinum Interchange as a Vacation Counselor. Numerous customers over the years would write to us commending his excellent customer service, friendly personality, and the willingness to go above and beyond in following up with their requests. Joe has received 1 ARDA Award. In 2004, Joe was promoted to overseeing the Exchange Department. Joe routinely attends industry conferences each year to stay informed and is even the vice president of Just Resorts. We are proud to have Joe on our team and he represents us very well.
It's been 10 years since Joz Zavlyn began his career with our company. Originally, in 1998, Joz started working at the Jockey Club resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shortly after Tricom Management began managing the Jockey Club, Tricom quickly recognized Joz’s keen customer service talent and promoted him at the front desk. Joz continued to impress guests, owners and Tricom with his sincere and caring demeanor and was promoted to the Business Development Department within Platinum Interchange about five years ago. Joz is the trainer for Platinum Interchange and teaches all new team members how to book exchanges and rentals with a winning customer service attitude. Next time you are in Las Vegas, stop by Platinum Interchange’s office in the Jockey Club and Joz will assist you with your exchange and rental requests. Since 1997, Lynn Hall has worked with Platinum Interchange. She is based in our corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lynn originally started as a Vacation Counselor in the Anaheim, California corporate office and quickly was promoted to Inventory Control Manager. Lynn has received 9 ARDA (American Resort Development Association) Silver Awards for various categories including: Owner Relations Staff Member, Owner Relations Manager and Technology Team. She regularly represents Platinum Interchange at regional and ARDA conferences, resort owner meetings and events, and just about anything we participate in. We are proud of Lynn’s dedicated years of service to our customers and to the organization. Lynn is a true customer service talent!
Sandra Herrejon began working with Platinum Interchange in 1998 as a Vacation Counselor in our Anaheim, California corporate office. Sandra’s top customer service soon earned her the promotion as Reservations Manager. Sandra received two ARDA awards for her strong customer service skills, which is an honor to be recognized amongst our industry competitors. Sandra sincerely cares about making your vacation experiences perfect. She is always friendly and informative in assisting customers with their exchange and rental needs. Sandra loves to travel the world; her vacation to Australia is now one of her most memorable trips. She also enjoys painting in oils and exhibiting her art. In 1979, Chris Burhans originally started working with our associated full-service timeshare management company, Tricom Management, Inc. (www.tricommanagement.com). Chris gradually transitioned to working with Platinum Interchange in 2002. Chris started out as a hard-worker and continues at this pace to this day. She’s been recognized by ARDA and received two Silver Awards for her outstanding management experience. She is a true asset to our organization and represents our Customer Service department well.
Since 2004, Alexandra “Alex” McEvilly has been a Vacation Counselor with Platinum Interchange in the Anaheim corporate office. Alex has always had great customer service throughout the years and really does her best to make sure her customers are happy in every aspect of their vacation. Because of her great customer service and efforts, Alex has gained many loyal customers over the years and she has continued to gain new customers as well. Alex recently married her high school sweetheart, Brian, a Veteran of the United States Army and the Iraq war. During Alex’s off-time, she enjoys sketching, baking, spending time with her husband, and being a huge animal lover, she enjoys her four cats. Maureen feels that the best part of her job is all the wonderful people –both those who call in and the ones in the office where she works. She loves her three cats. Mystery novels and thrillers are her choice of reading matter. Art is a passion –painting, creating three dimensional, multimedia pieces and working with glass, including stained glass, fused glass and mosaics. She really enjoys customer service and loves to travel vicariously through feedback from those for whom she has arranged trips to wonderful locations. Mike Gearhart has been with Platinum Interchange since the summer of 2007 as Vacation Counselor in the Anaheim corporate office. Mike has always shown exceptional customer service. He takes his time and goes the extra mile with each and every customer to ensure that their vacation will be one to remember. Cami O’Neal has been with Platinum Interchange since August 2007, gaining much respect and appreciation from the owners she has worked with. At a very young age, she has already earned her Associates degree in Interior Design, and is a self-taught amateur photographer. Her goal is to combine her two passions into a career, opening her own business one day. Cami is always trying to keep herself busy learning, and growing as an individual, and always has a smile on her face. Katie joined the team in 2001 as a Vacation Counselor. She prides herself on excellent communication and great service. Katie also enjoys playing a part in her customer’s vacations. In 2007 she was promoted and although she is now in the Exchange Department she still makes time to provide “perfect vacations” for her longtime customers. In her spare time Katie loves spending time with her husband, two spoiled cats, her friends and family.
Carmen Mendez is the most recent addition to our staff of professional Vacation Counselors joining us in July 2011, with over 10 years’ experience in the vacation timeshare industry. She is based in our office in Anaheim, CA. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is the interaction with our customers in helping them find the perfect vacation. When not at work, Carmen enjoys spending time with her family, and loves to travel. Some of her favorite destinations are San Francisco, Arizona, Hawaii, New York and Brazil. She also likes to cook, go to movies and concerts, and is always up for a game of Scrabble.
