FEATURED MILESTONE TEAM MEMBERS

  • Julie Camarata has been with Platinum Interchange since September 2012. In her role as Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for all marketing communications, social media, website management and online marketing. Julie's expertise in Marketing and experience in various capacities has benefited the company. She enjoys the fast pace of marketing as each day is unique and presents a new set of challenges. During her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and volunteering at her son's school.

  • Christopher Elizalde is the most recent addition to our Platinum Interchange team. Joining us in July of 2016, Chris takes pride in providing exceptional customer service to owners. When he is not working or attending school, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Chris has ambitious goals and is working diligently to obtain them.   • Mike Gearhart has been with Platinum Interchange since the summer of 2007 as Vacation Counselor in the Anaheim corporate office. Mike has always shown exceptional customer service. He takes his time and goes the extra mile with each and every customer to ensure that their vacation will be one to remember. Mike spends his free time going to the desert or the track to ride his dirt bike. When he isn't riding you'll find him at home with his pets and family just relaxing.   • Since 1997, Lynn Hall has worked with Platinum Interchange. Lynn originally started as a Vacation Counselor and was quickly promoted to Inventory Control Manager and currently is the Director of Platinum Interchange. Lynn has worked for each department with in Platinum Interchange during her career. She has received 12 ARDA (American Resort Development Association) Silver Awards in various categories including: Owner Relations Staff Member, Owner Relations Manager and Technology Team. Lynn was a recipient of the ARDA Gold Award in 2012 for Rental Revenue Manager. She regularly represents Platinum Interchange at regional and ARDA conferences, resort owner meetings and events, and just about anything we participate in.

  • Katie Horth joined the Platinum Interchange team in 2000 and soon after was promoted to Vacation Counselor. Katie has since been promoted twice and is now the Exchange Manager and oversees the entire direct exchange department. In 2006 Katie received the Arda Silver Award for Owner/Customer Relations Staff Member.   • Alexandra "Alex" McEvilly joined the Platinum Interchange team in 2004 as a vacation counselor where she excelled and later transitioned into the Direct Exchange and Wholesale department. Alex holds many important roles within the company, including but not limited to: being the head of the Wholesale department where she works with a network of affiliate wholesale companies, directly assisting the Exchange Manager and much more. Alex has always shown exceptional skill in anything she is asked or volunteers to assist the company with, including being "the voice" of Platinum Interchange; she is who you hear when you call Platinum Interchange as well as most of our family of resorts. On her time off, Alex cherishes spending quality time with her daughter Madeline, her husband Brian, and their pets. Alex can be reached by email alexm@platinuminterchange.com.

  • Carmen Mendez is the most recent addition to our staff of professional Vacation Counselors joining us in July 2011, with over 10 years' experience in the vacation timeshare industry. She is based in our office in Anaheim, CA. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is the interaction with our customers in helping them find the perfect vacation. When not at work, Carmen enjoys spending time with her family, and loves to travel. Some of her favorite destinations are San Francisco, Arizona, Hawaii, New York and Brazil. She also likes to cook, go to movies and concerts, and is always up for a game of Scrabble.   • Heidi Porter started her career with our company in 2006. She started working at the Jockey Club resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Heidi transitioned to Platinum Interchange in 2011 as an Inventory Control Coordinator. Recently, she has taken on a new role as a Yield Management Representative. Heidi hobbies include: snorkeling, boating traveling and camping. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

  • Gigi Relampagos has been with the company since 2008. She started working at the Jockey Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. In her new role, Gigi is an Inventory Control Coordinator for Platinum Interchange. Recognized for her customer service skills, Gigi enjoys working with guests and providing outstanding service. She considers herself a dedicated and outgoing member of the Platinum Interchange team. During her free time, Gigi loves to travel. She particularly enjoys staying at destinations close to the ocean.

  • Rick Sorenson has been with Platinum Interchange since April 2016. He joins our team with over seven years of timeshare industry experience. Rick likes to share his industry knowledge with owners and help them book the perfect vacation. In his free time, he enjoys hitting the slopes, snowboarding and playing ice hockey.   • Joz Zavlyn began his career with our company in 1998. Joz started working at the Jockey Club resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shortly after Tricom Management began managing the Jockey Club, Tricom quickly recognized Joz's keen customer service talent and promoted him at the front desk. Joz continued to impress guests, owners and Tricom with his sincere and caring demeanor and was promoted to the Business Development Department within Platinum Interchange about five years ago. Joz is the trainer for Platinum Interchange and teaches all new team members how to book exchanges and rentals with a winning customer service attitude. Next time you are in Las Vegas, stop by Platinum Interchange's office in the Jockey Club and Joz will assist you with your exchange and rental requests. Joz is truly tops in customer service and even ARDA agrees by awarding him 3 awards to date.
